Is there an optimal form to take a collagen supplement?

Many people ask if liquid formulas work better than capsules. It is a myth that liquid formulas work better, especially when they have added ingredients like artificial sweeteners, which can actually damage collagen production, so for this reason we do not do a liquid collagen.

So, what is collagen and why do you need it?
