PLEASE NOTE: 

• Orders are shipped out the next day via Royal Mail 48hr tracked.

• All orders are processed on a Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or may not be delivered on weekends or holidays.

Returns are not accepted on open products unless proven to be faulty. If you feel it is not working for you, this does not constitute to being faulty. On the very rare occasion the item is found to be faulty, it can be either refunded or exchanged.

• If you order a product and it has already been dispatched or you have already receive it, but you change your mind, please contact us first to arranged a return. Your refund cannot be refunded until we receive the product back to us unopened. Any return postage is the cost of the customer.
